Joshua VanDyke

Director of Construction

Joshua VanDyke is a Prescott native and Director of Construction for Copper Tree Construction Group, with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His background spans custom homes, semi-custom builds, multi-family projects, historic renovations, and commercial construction, giving him a well-rounded and detail-driven approach to every project. Deeply rooted in the local community, Josh brings both expertise and pride to his work. Outside of construction, he enjoys spending time outdoors, mountain biking around Northern Arizona, and adventuring with his blue-eyed husky.

Gina Barborek

Director of Purchasing

Gina has worked in construction since she was 15 years old. She began her career working with her father, a custom home builder in Phoenix and Scottsdale. With over 30 years of experience, she’s worked for some of the larger builders in both the Valley and Prescott managing purchasing, product design and customer service.
