Tim Emberlin

Tim has worked in the construction industry for 50 years. After military service, he started as a carpenter in the Phoenix area. Then moving on to assistant sup

erintendent for a large home builder, advancing to customer service manager and then to superintendent. He became the vice president of construction for a large development company building residential homes, apartments, multi-story office buildings, shopping centers including various site work projects. Since moving to Prescott, he has continued in these areas as well as the development of the Whispering Canyon project from ranch land to the present-day development. He designed the preliminary plat, drafting the roads and original lot layout for Whispering Canyon. As the qualifying party and member of Copper Tree Construction Group, LLC, he has built most of the homes currently in the development, aided greatly by the excellent staff of persons he has working with him.

Gina Barborek

Director of Purchasing

Gina has worked in construction since she was 15 years old. She began her career working with her father, a custom home builder in Phoenix and Scottsdale. With over 30 years of experience, she’s worked for some of the larger builders in both the Valley and Prescott managing purchasing, product design and customer service.
