Years in the business industry after graduating from George Mason University and will always put my Clients’ needs before my own.

For 30 years, I have watched the Prescott area grow and have deep roots in my community. Real estate allows me to express my creativity in staging and editing homes while always bringing a cheerful spirit to each and every transaction. I was a preschool teacher from the age of 19 until I went into Real Estate 17 yrs ago. I get so much joy helping people achieve their dreams. I’ve been a sales representative for 4 years in Whispering Canyon and have a wealth of knowledge of this beautiful subdivision.

Hello, my name is Christi. And I love living in Prescott with its dynamic hometown community, beautiful 4 seasons and access to bountiful outdoor adventure! Bruce Paul Schuerger is originally from Ohio, where he worked as a REALTOR®, a real estate developer, a mortgage loan officer, and an investment advisor. He graduated from Ohio University with honors and attended graduate school at Ohio University and Miami University of Ohio. Bruce has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations from the National Association of REALTORS®.

In addition to Ohio, Bruce has made his home in California, Colorado, and the Virgin Islands. Now a resident of historic Prescott, he is pleased to help others find their dream homes in the beautiful high desert and mountain areas of Arizona.

I was born and raised right here in Prescott, Arizona, and I feel incredibly fortunate to now serve the community I’ve always called home. As a local expert, I know the neighborhoods, the schools, and the lifestyle — and I use that knowledge to help my clients make confident, informed real estate decisions.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked as an Intensive Care Nurse. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s in Nursing from Creighton University. Nursing taught me to be detail-oriented, to advocate fiercely for my patients, and to always put others first — values that I carry with me to best support my real estate clients.
